Greetings from “almost nowhere.” What I observed on race day was I’ll Have Another win without making that much of an effort. I would not take that observation to the bank or anything but he did win with lots left in the tank as they say. Love, love, love to see the Hastings boy and his horse win a couple more in a row.

An outstanding wagering race!
I’ll be looking closely at Fantastic Song as he hails from a barn that I follow.

Hoping for a few scratches to simplify the routine and hopefully clear the hurdles for the best late kickers.

I don’t think more than twelve green two year olds should be allowed on the Churchill Downs turf course. Anything more is an accident just waiting to happen.

Nice piece and “seemed too rushed to explore others” is EXACTLY the words I was looking for to describe my feelings toward the documentary. Another 30-minutes to flesh out the story lines you mentioned would have been perfect.
